**5/28/2015- Notes from recent inspection below:
I inspected what I could of the boat today. She was still shrink wrapped. The batteries were discharged. He doesn't want to launch the boat because she would sink. Again.
On the starboard transom and hull side at the water line there is a couple of planks that are rotted or rotting. It appears on the transom there are two bad planks that go most if not all the way across the transom. On the hull side are two planks that are bad going forward at least two feet.
She is holding much diesel or crank case oil that was spilled or leaked and it can be seen weeping out and down the keel. The bilge is dirty and coated with oil throughout. The seller reported the engine did not get submerged but acknowledged it has not run since she sank at the dock last season. He also acknowledged the genset overheated and has not run in about seven years
